The Homecoming Dance is this Saturday, October 19th, so it's a good time to ask about school dances. First, are there school dances in your county? Did you go to one at your former school? Are you planning on going to the Homecoming Dance? Why or why not? One last question: Do you think school dances are a good idea: is it important for schools to host dances? Let me know your opinion of school dances.

My school in Vietnam doesn’t have school dance.i didnt go to one at my former school.I will go to homecoming dance,because I never been to a dance party before.I think school dances are a good idea because student can have fun after study time and they can make new friend
ReplyDeleteSchools in Korea doesn't have school dance likewise homecoming. I planned to go to the homecoming previous year, but I lost my phone and couldn't check the time for homecoming.I am not sure I will attend homecoming. I didn't only buy clothes for it but also I just heard about when homecoming is. If I can, I want to attend and make friends.

DeleteMy school in China doesn't have a school dance. I didn't go to one at my former school. I didn't plan to on going to homecoming dance. Because I don't like to dance. I think this is a good idea.
ReplyDeleteMy Chinese school doesn’t have a school dance and I didn’t go to one at my former school. I didn’t plan to go to theHomecoming Dance, because I didn’t have suitable dress for the dance and I cannot dance. But I think it is a good idea , because people can meet some new people and make friends with them.
ReplyDeleteMy school in Mexico doesn't have homecoming dance, I go to the homecoming dances and it was funny and a good experience. I think school dances are a good idea because is a good way to make friends and have a good night.

DeleteMy school in Spain doesn’t have homecoming dance, I didn’t went to any party hosted by my school, I like going to parties but I think that a school hosting a party is a bad idea because the parties we like to go are the ones we can do anything we want, the parties finish later. I liked the homecoming but I would preferred a party of Spain. I went to homecoming because it still being a party.
ReplyDeleteMy other school doesn’t have homecoming dance, i did go to the homecoming dance. That was a good party with all my friends.
ReplyDeleteThe school dances are a good idea because the school earn money and the students were to the party.
We have school dances too but not for every one, it’s for 6 and 9 graders. Yes I went because it’s traditional for everybody and for me too. I went to homecoming and it was different but very nice too. I think school dances are very good idea cause it’s giving experience and new relationships with your friend and new friends.
ReplyDeleteIn Italy we don't have school dances and I think it's better because we wouldn't like it. In general it's a good idea but a dance can't finish at 10.30, it's too early. I didn't go to homecoming, instead I passed the evening with friends.
ReplyDeleteIn my home country, we have school dance but it only for senior like prom here. I am not grade 12 yet so I can not be there. People wearing fancy clothes for the dance, hype DJ and music make them happier than ever. I would like to be there when I’m old enough. I think school is a place for both study and play. And the dance has proved it more than ever. The dance make people closer and then you can release stress and make more friends.
ReplyDeleteIn spain there is not dances.last weekend I went to homecoming dance it was fun I went because I think it was good idea and different plan. The school dances are not necessary but is a good thing to have fun with your friends and do something different

Because if I go to homecoming dance I can experience dance party, and I can meet my friends.i think school dance is good.because school dance help a making friend and school dance give fun to student.
ReplyDeleteSchool in South Korea doesn’t have homecoming dance party. I was in Canada last year but I didn’t go homecoming dance party So this year I decided to go. I went homecoming this year it was fun and new experience. Homecoming dance party is good to make a friend.
ReplyDeleteIn my country, there is no school dance like homecoming. I haven’t been to dance party before so this was the first chance for me to experience it but I didn’t go to homecoming. Because me and my friends were too late to prepare for it, we decided not to go this year. I think school dance is good for the school’s students because they can have a great time with their friends! But I think it’s a little expensive to prepare the dresses and the shoes.
ReplyDeleteIn Vietnam, there is no homecoming (dance) in school. I didn’t go to dance like this. So, this year, I decided to go there to know the feeling of dance and have the experience for my life. Also, it is very good to make new friends. Yeh I think it is very good to relax and chill with the music.
ReplyDeleteIn China, only international school students have dances. Public schools don't have dances because international schools are specially built for overseas students. I have been to the dances of previous schools in China. On the stage, the top 100 DJs have been playing music. Every international student doesn't like it very much. I'm not going to TA's homecoming because I'm going to shopping malls with my friends that day. I'm sorry we didn't go, but I'm looking forward to my homecoming in the last year of TA. I think the dance prepared for the students in the school is very good because you can go to the dance with your favorite girlfriend on this day to participate in this social activity without any complicated relationship. I think the dance held in the school is very important because none of them has grown up. Students can experience a very good adult life. Another reason why I didn't go to the school dance this time is that my girlfriend is not in the same school with me, so I won't go, but I'm very looking forward to my girlfriend and I will go to TA's homecoming next year.

DeleteI think it is a good idea, but I didn’t go, because there was no more tickets so I couldn’t go. But it is a good way to make friends. In my country, we don’t have dance party. But I hope I can go.
ReplyDeleteI didn't attend the homecoming ball, because I think it is awkward to go alone. It is good for everyone to hold these activities in the school, which can make students move around more and make our relationship better

Back in Mexico we don’t have school dances, I did attend to homecoming, it was fun I had a great time with all my friends I think it’s a good way to encourage students to know more people and at the same time have a great time.
ReplyDeleteMy school in Vietnam don’t have Homecoming Dances but instead of it is dancing composition between class to other class. I think Homecoming Dance is a good idea. Last year I have attend and it very fun and I enjoy it

ReplyDeleteNo in my country school dances do not exist that is the reason why I haven’t gone to a school dance yet before coming here, I went to homecoming last week and it was a really good night I had a lot of fun, it reminded me to Mexican party’s. I think school dances are a really good idea because you get to know other people and have a good time dancing with girls of the USA
My school in panama doesn’t have homecoming dance or any dances ,there is just prom dance and you can go without being a senior. I went to homecoming dance because I like to dance. I think the school dances are good idea.

ReplyDeleteThere is not school dance in my country, so I never take park in any school dance in my country. At first, I didn’t want to go to the Homecoming Dance because I don’t like wearing
any dress or skirt. When the Homecoming Dance was edding, and my roommate showed the pictures which her took in the Homecoming Dance, I was regretting because I thought it
was amazing. I think this kind of dance is a good idea because it can promote people to communicate and make more friends.

ReplyDeleteThe homecoming dance is a very good idea I didn’t go but my friends that went there told me that was boring, because the space the music and this type of things but other guys enjoy a lot and I wish that next I can go because I was very exited about that, in my country we don’t have this all is very different but I would li,etc have this things in Spain.
My school in China doesn't have homecoming dance. I pland to go to the homecoming dance in TA.But I haven't time. so,I plan to go to next homecoming dance.
