  1. Stress? This may be the cause of many of our problems at school. How do you deal with this? How is it silenced? Technically there are many ways to solve this problem, if you search the internet you will surely get hundreds of answers to your question, but ... do they really work? You can search for reviews, opinions of people close to you, experiments in which these tips are tested, etc. Personally, I have several tips that I use to de-stress and free myself a little, for example, I usually read a book, listening to music helps me almost always, doing sports releases a lot of stress, or also an anti-stress ball can be worthwhile.

I have always gone to a high performance school in Spain so I am used to high levels of stress because the exams are very complicated because they look for excellence and if you don't have it they throw you out. Luckily I am very organized and I send everything on time and if I forget something it's because I didn't have it written down in my agenda. The tricks I tell my little sisters who are in the same school is to be very organized and not to leave anything to the last minute.

I feel stressed often, but finishing all of my work makes me relax, there’s no way to eliminate streets, just to cope with it, when I’m doing work, I’m talking with a friend, or listening to music and sometimes watching a tv show and that makes me concentrate the most so I don’t get so stressed, if I don’t know something I just ask and it’s okey to ask, not getting to do your homework at the last minute also makes you less stressed at the end and you don’t get any late assignments or less grades, so do your work in time!.

To be honest, I feel less stressed at TA compared with my school in Hong Kong. When I feel stressed, I’ll stop doing anything and let myself calm down a little bit first. Forcing yourself to study can never bring you good results as your brain won’t remember anything. Therefore, taking a deep breath and doing something that you are interested in, putting your study down for a while, is really helpful for me.

Stress is a big issue for many students who visit a high school. Many students end up in depression, because they can’t rule it by themselves. As a tip, for the beginning, I would organize everything first. Like you could make a plan at the beginning of the week and there you can say when you have to study and until what time. You have to include homework in your time plan. You shouldn’t start right after school, because your mind needs a break. If you then still
have too much stress, maybe you should think about taking less classes and take for example at Thornton Academy a Study Hall, that could help you avoid more stress.

When I was in school, I often felt pressure because I always felt that I couldn't make the best of what I should do. When I feel stressed, I drink a lot of coffee and go for a walk. I think walking is a good way to relieve stress. You don't need a destination. You can walk aimlessly and free yourself from the pressure of life.

Stresses are everywhere from schools, restaurants ,offices or even bedrooms. Everyone has their own way to cope with stress such as playing video games, talking with friends,or even sleeping . My way to eliminate it is by eating food or listening to music. However, it doesn’t alway work all the time. To me, time is the only key to destress all the stress.

I have felt stressed by school, because in Mexico in my school they gave us a lot of homework so I have felt very stressed school wise, I think that a good way to get rid of stress is to simply relax, or to concentrate on something else than the thing that is making you stresssed.

I often feel stressed out by school. Lots of exams, assignments give me stress. I usually listen to exciting music. When I listen to the Band's music, it eliminates. I think listening to music is the best way to eliminate stress. Having time alone can also relieve stress. It could organize your thoughts while having time alone.

I think reviewing the day before the exam will make me very stressed, especially in the final exam. I will feel that I have no clue about the review content, but at the same time, I will certainly find a way to relax myself, But I think my favorite way is to "empty" myself. Just find a quiet environment and give myself some space to calm down and think about it. Or read books and let myself enter a calm state. This will reduce my pressure a lot and help me better review exams such as the final exam

I don’t stress about school that much. I think the people stress is because they are missing works that they don’t even know what they are talking about, that’s way I think that if you don’t want to be stressed for school you have to do all your classwork and homework by the time that it’s assigned. And also to make an effort trying to pay attention to the class, in that way you can do all your assignments, quizzes easier because you will know about what they are about. For me that helps because I complete my work with time so I don’t even have to worry about it all times. “Do not leave for tomorrow what you can do for today”

About school I think I’m never stressed, or just a few time, I’m often stressed by life things then school, when I’m stress I use to have a headache To stop being stressed I just think about what is stressing me to don’t do it again, or just to work on that to stop it I recommend to go to a silent place and think what is making you been stress because there is always something, once you know what is it, your stress will slow down, and then you will find a solution

In my opinion, everyone has their stress. Adults stress about their job and deadline, and students note school problems. There are tons of issues that a student has to face. For example, peer pressure, school work, and friends' problems. And I'm also one of them that is stressed out sometimes because of school. Deadlines and grades are my biggest problem at school because sometimes, when I forget to submit assignments and work, I get an F. There are solutions for all of these problems. For me, I usually listen to music and play any sport to release stress, and it helps me a lot.

It happened to me to feel stressed about school. Usually I feel this type of stress when I need to do something but I’m not doing it. I feel stressed when things are not going well, I feel stressed if I get a bad grade or if I go to a quiz without studying. The best solution for eliminating this type of stress is to do what you need to do. I used to feel more stressed in my school in Italy. Here I never had missing assignments or problems like failing class. I really think that school stress is something that you can eliminate by playing sports or staying with friends but for me the first solution to this problem is just study. For example, a couple of days ago I was really stressed about my history test, I was not prepared and I was afraid to lose my A in that class. I started To study And I lost all the stress that I haved Before, I started to feel more relaxed and happy.

Yes, sometimes the grade gets down. I feel a little stressed. You can listen to some music, play games with friends. Maybe watch some funny tv show if it will make you feel better. Keep learning will make you tired, try something new will feel better, or have a trip, maybe a mall or what just keep away from study, relax you cannot always learn, learn is good but not every time. Sometimes just keep away from studying so that it will not make you stressed.

Can not read blindly, to combine work and rest. Physical activity is one of the best ways to deal with stress. Running around the school in the bright sunshine, breathing the fresh air, can feel a new self. Get enough sleep to eliminate fatigue in exchange for more energy and a clear mind. Make yourself more alert to stress. Meditation is important for stress relief. Meditation is not about moving away from something that is pressing. Stress is inevitable because of the circumstances we live in or the unpleasant things we experience. The question is what attitude we take to face it.

I think students in different countries will have different pressures. Chinese schools always make students have a very "full" day, but also make students very tired. At that time, I would listen to music and take a bath on weekends to relieve stress. When I came to the United States to study, I would also have language difficulties, which would cause me to get stressed. Later, I found out that I talked to your teacher about your study status. effectively avoid stress.

  19. Stress is one of the biggest problems modern humans live with. No matter their age. Teenagers get lots of stress from school and I totally understand but compare to the stress we will get when we grow up and live through life, it's just a single piece. This is why it's so important to know how to handle stress. Personally I don't often get stress but once i get it gives me a huge mental problem. And I know that just standing and spending some time will not change my mood. So i just sleep, once you sleep your brain will reset and it will make you calm. Focusing on music also helps. But the most important thing is to fix the problem even if you can't solve the problem at once, just work for it. After you solve your problem, soon the stress will turn into joy.

There are many things in life that can add to your stress, such as homework and encountering difficult math problems. For me, a more effective way to release stress is to play computer games or take a nap, or you can talk to your best friend to distract yourself, or take a shower. It can be useful to use some escape from reality.

When you are in school, you are forced to get stressed. An example is academic stress. This stress can cause a headache or some of your body to hurt. I think I can give you some tips. First, I sleep rather than play with friends during break time. This is because you will definitely have a headache from class. Second, massage your shoulders. This is because blood circulation can be improved as much as possible.

Being stress sometimes is something normal , but the problem is when u live with stress cause believe it or not the stress can cause you a lot of disease or sickness , this happened because your body turn in something call survival mode when you are in survival mode your body starts working really fast and that’s when you fill the the little pain in your belly, and obviously if you are in survival mode all day your body can’t work as normal . My solution for the stress is mindfulness or meditation , I been doing this for almost 7 month and my live has changed a lot since I started, I haven’t being stressed because your learn to control your mind and your thoughts and that helps a lot in everything including stress

Personally I am struggling with stress a lot in my everyday life, this is also why I have a lot of different tips on how to deal with it. My main tip for people that want to know how to deal with stress is that they should stop thinking about it and do something about it because stress won’t help you in anything. Sometimes you just can’t help it and you are stressed anyway, in these kinds of situations you should either do something that makes you relaxed or something that you really like, because doing things that you like help you relax and forget about everything else.

Sometimes in school, the pressure is still a bit big. For example, the next day I have to take an exam. I will be very nervous the day before. Sometimes there is a lot of homework. If it's a problem, there must be a way to fix it. My advice is don't think negative things, don't be sensitive. This kind of thinking is the main reason that makes you feel stressed. Like everyone, I play games, exercise, listen to music, and take naps to avoid stress.

  25. If I'm stressed out because of school, I take a break for a while. When I'm stressed, I usually go outside to play soccer, but I sleep for 10 minutes at night because I can't play at night. When I'm stressed, I get sensitive, and when I wake up after 10 minutes of sleep, I feel very refreshed.
Sometimes if you sleep for 10 minutes, you can't relieve your stress, then you have no choice but to concentrate completely and finish it and take a rest. No matter how much I think about it, studying under stress is the worst, but after that, I feel calm, feel better, and relieve stress.

I don’t really stress about school that much because I’m always trying to do all my work and study for the tests, so there’s nothing to stress about the only thing which stressing me is when I did a work but the teachers forget to mark it and I have a bad grade because of that. My advice is to stress less is stop overthinking stuff and it will make every thing easier.

And I that there are many ways to de-stress but the best I say is to do what you like the most but alone. for me it's playing xbox listening to music on my AirPods but everyone does something different. I feel stressed most of the time about school, even if I’m doing good, I really don’t know why. But when I’m really stressed badly again, I don't know how to relieve it, but one of the ways that I relieve the stress is to go to the gym, lift weights, play basketball or do something productive. I love to walk through the forest when I’m not feeling right. But by now I’m kinda used to it so I don’t think it bothers me that much

I think I stressed out more often than others because I always think about a lot of things that I don’t have to think about. When I feel stressed, I stop doing everything and take a shower. While I take a shower, I listen to music. After taking a shower I feel better so I recommend this way.

Yes, some people feel stress at school because of several reasons, for example exams, teacher’s pressure, and their grades, and also there are several ways to eliminate stress, for example go for a walk, go traveling or eat some snakes, or talk to your best friends. Those are all the ways to relax. The teacher should give student’s less homework and less quizzes, that can let the student have stress-free.

I usually get stressed from big projects. Because doing big projects is hard and takes a lot of
time to do it. Also, it has a lot of points in it. So, I usually solve my stress by doing my hobby. For
me, playing games and playing with my friends help to reduce stress and feel better. My tip for
solving stress is doing your favorite activity.

It's understandable to get stressed about school but some tips I use are first I organize my day and focus on 2 hours a day to do all my homework. It's also good to choose an activity to do in the afternoon to keep your mind busy and that's the time when you relax and enjoy yourself, that works for me.
