Imagine you could create a school. Describe one or more of its features: curriculum, schedule, faculty, buildings, rules, requirements. What would your school have - or not have - that schools that you have gone to don't have (or do)? For instance, maybe your school would have class sizes no larger than 15 students. Or maybe your course requirements would include two or more world languages. Maybe students could take only classes they wanted to take... Let your imagination take over!
If I can create s school, I think I high school is the best choice for me, because this is what I am experiencing now. First, I will make the students to take some necessary classes, they have to take math for at least two years, take English every year, take history for three years, and I think student should take a skillful class every year, that depends on what major will the students take in their college, this might be helpful for students to choose their goals in he future. I will also require students to take PE class at least three year and join a sports team every year, because I think the teenagers physical situation are getting worse and worse now, so I want the students to do more exercises. On the other hand, I will make the first class start at 9:30am, and the last class end at 3:30pm, I have this decision because I always feel sleepy in he morning, so I think 9:30am for first class can gives more sleep time for the students. The most important thing I need to do for the school, is to make the school has perfect food supply, I will hire some very good chef for the school in order to make the students have good meals. In my opinion, this school will be a boarding school, students will go back home only during the weekend. I think students live in school is good for students to study and have more time with friends, it can also make the students try to take care of themselves.

ReplyDeleteI want to create a university and a high school that teaches not only the knowledge and skills, but also the clam manner of the life. I want to change the high school students’ rapid pace of life. I want to let them have some yoga class and listen to a short concert after the lunch.
If the technology is possible at that time, I even want to try “sleeping education”. I want these students realize that finish your work in a hurry is not as good as spend a longer time and make it as perfect as you can.
If I could create a school it would be a fun high school where the students go to have a good time, make friends and also learn. This high school would be in a big city. I like the schools that are so interested in sports and other languajes so my high school would have a lot of sports stuff and classes of other languajes.There wouldn't be exams or homework we would do everything in class. The subjects would be the main ones like math, english, history,science and another languaje class but the rest just fun classes like sports, dance class, drawing class, Netflix class deppending on what you like and want. It would start at 10AM and finish at 3PM. I think we should start the school later because is so important to have a good sleep so that you can go the next day with energy and concentrated better. The last thing is the food. I would put every type of food and of a good quality. I would make a menu for every week so that the kids can eat every kind of food and have a good nutrition all weeks.
ReplyDeleteMy high school would be the best in the world. Study there is not a big deal. The most important thing are the sports. The high school would have the biggest campus. A lot of options for sports and subjects. Teachers there let us use the cell phone when and where we want. If you want to sleep you can. But there is just rule : you must do a sport. If you don't do anything for sports you can not graduate. It would start at 9am to 5pm. The classrooms would have 30 students which because more than this I don't think people would lern that good. And, finally, the food would be the best. A lot of options like 3 types of meet, 8 types of juices, salads, sandwiches... and everything with the best quality.

There will be many classes in school. Not only math and English, we will have cooking, drama and so on. Students will have their own classroom to keep their books. The class will be big, there will be 45 students in a class. Students can take all the classes they want to. The cafeteria will be very large and people can get different food. The classes will have different languages. The school will have many festivals and activities. Students will have formal uniforms and sport uniforms. It will be a very large school.

If I have a chance to create a school, I'd like to make school to become the most freedom school in the world. In my school, students can pick any classes he wants that we afford. Also, school teachers will give them suggestion, because it's good for their future. They can bring lunch to school, or they can order foods in the cafe. I will build a huge cafe, so all the students can eat together and same time. After 25 minutes, i will play music through the speaker. I'd like to design different kinds of classroom for subject. For example, in Physics classroom, I will design as a laboratory. In English classroom, I will put many posts about English's quotes. After school, students can join the club and sports that they sign up for. After practice, I will let school bus give them a ride if they want.
If I have a chance to build a school, it has to be the best one in the world. The school has to locates near the ocean with beautiful landscape and fresh air without pollution. There are only 10 students in one classroom with one teacher. There are lots of latest equipment in the school. People shouldn’t wear uniform. The school has fastest network and provides nice electron devices to every students. In the weekends, the school has lots of activities. Students can have parties on the ship, go hiking and traveling. There are few dorms near the campus with dorm parents. Dorm parents can take care of students. This school also provides delicious healthy food. This school has summer camp which provides students to study abroad.

ReplyDeleteI would like to create my own school If I have a chance. I would like to make lots of classes. Not only math or science, but also about how to cook for example. And I would let all students to take their classes by theirselves. So every student can choose what class they want. If somebody does not like math and do not want to take it, then it is not necessary for him/her to take that class. Also I would like to make classes which is about foreign languages. Not only spanish, chinese or french. I also want greek, hungarian, turkish, italian for example. So I would like to create all foreign language classes. If somebody is doing sports, then I would let him/her to choose just sport classes. Running, body building or learning about different sports seems nice. I want to be realistic. If somebody is going to be a very famous football player, why he or she is learning science in these ages? So yeah, I would like to make a school which provides students to improve their talents for their future.

Second, I'd like to make class with not more than 10 student in one classroom. Because if many student are in one class, teacher could not focus on every student. If teacher could focus on every student, they could study by their own level. Last, I'd like to make longer lunch time. If student could have a free time after they finish eat lunch. ReplyDeleteIf I could create a school, my school would be the perfect one to go voluntarily not because it is mandatory. It would be a place where kids go to forget their problems at home, have fun with their friends and learn new stuff. The kids would be of every race. No discrimination. Nobody would be left out. My perfect school would only have good students, not kids that enjoy acting like animals and joking all the time. There would be no violence in my school except for the karate and judo classes. Teachers would discipline but at the same time educate and have fun doing it. All the teachers would be in good moods and they would be nice to their students. The school would have good teachers, ones that want to actually teach and that would explain to the students when they don’t understand. We’d go outside and do more things, when there was a nice weather, and go on more trips and learn about fun things. The hours would be from 10:00AM to 4:00 P.M. There would be a time to get something to eat. We would also have two study halls each week. Your classes would be classes that prepare you for the career you’d follow in after school, and kids would be given a laptop to do their homework, projects, and tests on.

ReplyDeleteFrom my perspective, it is very important for a good school to have perfect education and beautiful environment. If I can create the high school, I think that students can take more than 4 courses each day and 40 minutes each class. Students won’t feel bored in the class and they also enrich their knowledge every day. I think that students start the first class at 7:45. It is so early and they will not have enough sleeps that lead to students don’t focus on teachers in the class. In addition, school should support many activities and a lot of clubs, such as, sport clubs, art clubs and some interesting trips… in the campus. Student can join in many activities or clubs what they want. I will spend some money buying many fresh meats and vegetables to cook more healthy and fresh foods. Students can taste many kinds of foods, such as Chinese food, American food and so on. Fast food is very unhealthy for students. They need to eat more nutritious and delicious food.
If I could create a school, I can imagine an ideal school where all students are happy to arrive each morning, feel engaged throughout the day, and leave with new and exciting knowledge. In this school, children learn not just academics, but also how to become healthy, fulfilled people. Classes would be limited to fifteen students. The smaller size would allow teachers to provide necessary individual attention, so the student can get more advantage of what they have learned. To be in my school students must have more than two languages and have a perfect curriculum. In my school grades are important but the most important thing is that the students enjoy their classes and learn something from them. All the teachers would be in good moods and they would be nice to their students. The classes would be not just in the building, the classes would be also in the nature where you can see things closer to you. The school would start at 8:00 a.m. and would finished at 2:30 p.m. Between these hours the students would have a 30 minutes brake to get something to eat. The school would be very modern with electronic devices like iPad or laptops... Bullying, in all forms, would be barely present. By treating students as respected individuals rather than products in an assembly line, we would allow them to believe in themselves and value their education.

Two blocks on the morning and another two blocks will on the afternoon. Between two blocks, the students will have 10 minutes for resting. At 11:40, after the second block, all of students and teachers will have lunch together. The third block starts 12:50 p.m., so students and teachers may have 1 hour 10 minutes for lunch. If people want to take a nap, they will have enough time. When I was in China, I had at least 1 hour for sleeping in the noon.

You can sleep in the class. However, You must finish seatwork and teacher approval, and then you can sleep. I will shorten the class time, the class time is 50 minutes. After school everybody must join a activities, there are all of sports, you can choose a sports that you are good at that.

ReplyDeleteThe scale of my ideal school is very huge. It includes kindergarten, primary school, middle school and high school. Different schools are in different areas. Each school has a main building which is 100 meters high for teaching and a playground for playing sports. People can use the school public transportation services such as metro and shuttle bus to go to another building instead of walking there. And it is free! Our school welcomes the students from all over the world. But the main language is English. The international students here don't have to worry about the plane tickets. We have our own airport and Boeing 777 airplanes. Delta Airlines, Air France, Virgin Airways and China Eastern Airlines are our partners. We offer a lot of airlines to different countries. The only thing you have to do is buying the plane tickets. The school always starts at 9:00p.m. and finish at 3:00p.m so that the students will be very energetic and listen to teachers carefully during the class. Teachers are not allowed to give students homework to do. They can use their time to have a rest or do some after school activities. I hate using Apple products because they are very easy to break. And I am tired of using them too. All of the students will use Samsung Galaxy Tab which is water-resistant and breaking-resistant instead of Ipad. The cafeterias provide delicious buffet meals. International students who can't adapt Western style food may find Chinese food, Japanese food and Thai food in it. The school will organize the summer outing and spring outing to go to another city or country for traveling in order to let students relax and expand their horizons. I hope my dream school will come true some day in the future.
In my opinion, the dream school’s schedule is from 8:30 am to 3 pm, and 3 days off every week. Students can chose whether they like. If some students don’t like study, and it is fine. I will create a class called Ap Fun class, and everybody can have good time. If some students like science class, and they can do a lab twice a month. They don’t have to lab reports . Everything is optional. However, in this school, the most important quality is honest. People should listen to their heart. Secondly, the food will have Chinese cuisine, Korean cuisine, Japanese cuisine, and Europe cuisine. Every single student will proud of her/his school because she/he has the most savor food in the world.

First, I want to create a big school, and the school should have many international students in the school. I think if the school has many students, they can make a lot of friends in the school. Second, I will change the school time. In TA, 7:45 am is too early for students to go to school. In my own school, I want to school begins at 9:45 in the morning and ends at 4:00 in the afternoon. I think if students have more time for sleeping, they can pay more attention in the class. Also I want to put more sports classes in the school, like tennis, bowling and baseball. And I will invite professional sports teachers to help students for these sports classes. Most students hate food in TA, so I will make a big change for food in my own school. First, I will invite many good cooks in the school. They can do many kinds of food like Chinese food, Japanese food and Italian food. Students can take any classes that they like, but they must take math, English, history and science. Students can take different levels classes. We have at least 7 foreign language. I will build a big school. There are 900 students in the school. We have four buildings for studying. and one big gym. They can play basketball, volleyball, dodgeball, ping pong, and indoor soccer! Students also can do work out in the gym. We also have a stadium.There are lots of sports teams in school. Our soccer team, football team and basketball team must be the strongest team in the state. We have three dorms for the residential students. The food will be perfect! People can have different meals everyday. The food must be healthy and safety. Teachers are nice, and help you if you have any questions. The classes size will be 15 students. We will have vacations. In the summer vacation, we will have summer camp for traveling countries. I think this is the best school for me.

For example, in my opinion, the most important thing about the schools is “starting time’’. In my school the starting time will be 9:30 am. Classes should not take too long. Everyday 4 classes and 40 minutes. I also build my school in a big area, so I can create different opportunities to students like; sports courts, special buildings like all foreign languages and other things to students interests. Like all schools, my school also need a rule but not a strict one. And the last thing is capability of the school. I think small size schools are the best because teachers can deal with the students one to one and often.

If I am a master of a school, I will create the biggest and the fanciest gym in the world. I will invite the best trainers in the world as teacher in my school. I also need a super body guard to protect me. Otherwise I might get killed by someone because I created the best school ever. Then enroll the most powerful and the most strength students. Students have to take gym classes every single day. Teachers will teach them as a military force. My students will become the best killing machine. Then China will the most powerful country.(☆_☆)
If I can creat a school, I would not let the students get up this early. Well, if they do not have enough time to finish the class, I would rather the school is over later than it starts early like our late start school day. At least, for me, I don't like to get up early, and I think nobody does. So that is the first rule I will build. There is another field I really care about, food. I would make a little change base on our school's cafeteria. For example, I prefer to provide more food from other countries. Most of the students come to school to learn the culture whatever their own country or other countries, including the food. As I know, only few Chinese students don't miss the Chinese food, most of them prefer Chinese food to American food so much, even some of them have already been here for several years. Those two are something I really want to make.

ReplyDeleteIf I have the chance to create my own school I would be really happy.My school would be definitely high school. The first class would start at 10.00 and the last class ends at 2.40 . Every class will have just 45 minutes ( I am used to on 45 min from Czech) I feel sitting in class for 80 minutes is just too much with 5 minutes break. Lunch will be from 11.40-12.15 no lunch waves, because cafeteria would be big for everyone even we will have 1500 students. Break between classes for 10 minutes to make sure that I can get everything and I have time to go to another class. Education is important but why study something which you never will use in your future. Every student can choose his own schedule. Just one rule.. No more than 2 study hall. Subjects would be something like ( English, Math ( just simply and practical things for life), Music shouod be for everyone without choosing, then Science , economic, journalism, video editing ( just for people who wants to)etc. Simply you will choose what you want to study. Late starts every Friday which would start at 12.00 to 2.00pm . Teachers can give HW just 2 times per week. I feel some teachers give too many hw and I know friends who don't have any time for other things! And on the end I would make sure that grades are not too much pressure for my students!

If the parents don't want their children to be good, why are they sending children to the school? If I could create a school, I would suggest to all the teachers, “be responsible for every students”. ReplyDeleteI would definitely take the opportunity to create a school.Even that means a lot of responsibility and lot of work it still sounds great to me.First of all my school would start at 10 am and it would end at 2 pm.Why?Because we need to sleep,sleeping is good for everything and it actually makes your mind and body feel better.I would change most of the subjects I would keep subjects like english and math but that is it,other subjects would be just up to you.If you want to study for example economics in college than you should choose subjects which would support you in this area.I would also concern fun subjects like dance,choir,acting,tv studio and sports too.My school would offer lot of sports and foreign languages that way students can grow in sports and also mental way.Last thing is food I would give students something from everything but most of the food will not be junk food but healthy food.

So school also should have more courses. Like what I want to take-basketball course. For international students. School shouldn't have study hours and study centers because it is not helping at all even can make our grades worth. We are not in middle school, we know how to study and we know grades are important. Obviously, we are not little kids don't know how important are grades.

ReplyDeleteI would like to have a school that is located on Mars. It is the first school on Mars. Students and staffs are all from earth. They travel by space machine from earth to Mars. In my school, students get up at 9 am. We don't have many kinds is food to eat because it's too difficult to carry food from earth to Mars. That is a problem I have to solve. Students in our school can select classes they want. But we have a class that every students have to take. It is Mars Life Grneral Knowledge. It's about what you have to notice and take care when you live in Mars. Because Mars is much different than earth. After school we have many sports for students. The most special one is space ball. Space ball is two teams against at a space that has low gravity. The goal is throwing the ball into the opposite side's goal which is way up the roof. I'm trying to make the school better. I wish it can be a great school.
ReplyDeleteIf I can create my own school, here are the staff I will mostly pay attention to. First of all, I’d like to talk about the size of the school. My school won’t be very big, instead, I want to build a school that is small but very convenient for students. In my school, there would be only three buildings and one play ground. The four buildings are science building, the building for students to have science and math classes, literature building, the building for language learning, art building, the building for art and musical learning, and the last one is library. I believe that the library of the school is the symbol of the school and I believe the library should have these three book, a dictionary an atlas, and a world history book. I would put a dictionary in the library because no matter what we read, vocabularies are always the basic thing that we should focus on. By doing that, I hope that people who come to my library won’t forget to look back no matter how far they go. I’d like to put atlas in my library. I believe that knowing your location is very important and we should never forget our goal to where we are going forward to. We normally have more energy if we know where we are and where we are going to. I hope that all people in my library will never get lost wether in the real world or in their life journey. Finally, I will put a world history book in my library. Most of our knowledge are from forefathers’ experience and most of their experience are written in the history book. My personal opinion is that we can learn a lot from history book because by reading historical books, we can avoid making some mistakes. Secondly, I’d like to have a different schedule for students in my school. The class in my school will start at 9:30 am and end at 3:00 pm. I believe that this schedule can provide students enough time to relax that they don’t have to get up early in the morning.

So, if I could create a school, I think it's a relax school. I don't want my students feel so tired every day. In my school, the first class begin at 8:00, so you should arrive at your classroom before 8 o'clock. And you allow to late for school five times a semester. You don't have to do much homework after school, if you get three A in your quiz or test in a month, so you don't have to do your homework next month. After school, you can do everything whatever if you want. You can play sports, read books in the library or do your homework... Is it sounds good? Come to my school!

And in that summer school, students just have to learn English in the morning but it is no homework and the students will play sport together and in the weekend they can go out, they can discuss where to go. And then my school's dorm will be very good the room is big and clean and in the evening it will be very quite. And in my school there mast have a lot of club and sports teams and we mast have a music band. And in my school some student can play a kind instrument and some student have to be good at sport and some student have to be good at study so each of the student mast have a strength. And the teachers in our school have to be have the patience and they must have experience in teaching student.

I will try my best to make all the classes interesting, add more activities to combined with practice. I want to put one course that students must study it. That is how to communicate with others, like how to respect others, how to treat your parents and friends. I want to make school big and beautiful, a big cafe that have so many kinds food. On the weekend, I will offer some activities like dance, to add more pleasure for students. At the end, my goal is make students thinking independently, know their direction of life, and let them know how to deal with relationship whatever family or society.

The school should be a big place that include trees and river, and a lot of store around it. Like foods store supermarket and some place that we can play in. Second, in my opinion I will build school looks like a castle, and the most important thing is that the dorm must be warm and bright that gives students a feel of home. Third, the most thing which I really want to create is making rules! Students here can choose any courses that they like. Everyone here will working hard, discussing their work, and they are happy to do that. The school's rules here is very strictly. Finally, students can have their own car to drive to school, although a international student. Students can drive their car go everywhere in the vocation.
ReplyDeleteIf I can crate a school, first I want to make the high school and university in the same community, if I do that the high school students can get understanding of the college life, and they don’t have to go to faraway places for college. Next I want to caret a good cafeteria in school, there will have different food from different country that can make all of international students to eat their home cuisine, and also can test a lot of different flavor. Then I want to make a good school for school: students need go to school at 8:00, and leave school at 14:00, and then students can do anything that they are interested in. the last I want to encourage students to build their own club for anything they want that can make students improve their leadership organizational skills and team work consciousness.

Because there are many accidents happened in big cities, like fire accident, robbery, huge population make people crowded. So I'd like to build a school in a quiet and small town. It's a good place to study and it is almost peaceful. Secondly, as for students' future and happy life, in my school, we will provide music, fitness, art and many colorful classes. If you want to join those class you can also borrow instruments, basketball, color pencil from school. Last but not least, you can also choose order food from other restaurants or eat in the cafeteria. In a word, you will feel happy if you attend my school.
ReplyDeleteIf I can create school, I think the school should start at 10:00am, so students can sleep enough and become more focused on class next day. I also want school to build a indoor room can let us play badminton. Of course it is better if they add a badminton course. Maybe not only badminton course. They should add more and more courses like baking course, dancing courses, even local food cooking course. My another expectation is school should give the students who live in dorm more freedom. It seems too strict now. There is no cooking, too many rules. The dorm make us think we are living in a camp for addictions. We totally don't like it. I will give the students a lot of freedom of I'm a headmaster.
ReplyDeleteIF i can create a school, I will make a most beautiful school in the world. There are lots of trees and flower around school there have the most fresh air,and the gigantic blue sky. We have the most advanced laboratory in the world, because it can help the student who are charming with the science. The sport is the important thing in our school, everyone should have the favorite sports .Sports can make us more optimistic and healthy. So i am going to create a large gym for my student to do the exercise. Time of work and rest is also different from most schools. The school start at 8:45AM and go home at 3:00pm. It can help student to have a enough time to sleep and they will have full of spirit to meet the new day. That is my school, a really charming school.

ReplyDeleteFor me how I am, the perfect school would be an art school. But not every kind of art, only acting singing and dancing. To dedicate all the classes to that, and to be able to do a lot of performances during the year. Obviously this school for me is like a dream, and is not realistic at all, but I would love to go to a school like this. But I'm really happy to be where I am right now.
If let me create a school, I will build my school in a place that have very good weather and I will plant a lot trees and flowers, make the school environment very beautiful, so that will make teacher or students mood more good, very day go to work or study in that beautiful school is the most happiness thing in the world. Also I want students from all of different countries, make the school have many many different culture and language, students can learned more from other people, to spirit more than other people who don't have change to meet different countries people. Also I want my students can join some activities they are interesting in, that will help them study good and they can involve in different parts of the new things or meet with other countries people.
