ReplyDeleteLeaders are important for the world, they help the society fix his problem. I think how to be a leader is a hard question for everyone, because leader’s meaning is different for each person. In my opinion, it has to be a person who is different than others. The leader should be charming, leader is a commander, but people are not army, so the leader has to make people follow him. Leader is not a leader if he stays without people. The next thing I think leader should have is a specific method. Leader should solve problems in their way, because most of people are fool, they only care about themselves, this is the main business which is leader’s. That’s why we should have a leader, too. Leader should not has their emotion, I think family is the problem for leader to deal. Leaders will make wrong decisions because of their family. Maybe we need a robot to be our leader but feeling will let people to make decisions which is not rational. Also fair is one of the charm which is the leader needs. Otherwise leader has to sacrifice their personal time, because people’s problems, works are charged by his way. Also leaders can’t fear everything even he knows it can’t be avoid, he is people’s light, only he can lead people to get a better live, so he can’t fall down, like 911 in 2001. That is the leader in my mind.
ReplyDeleteI think my father is a good leader, also he is a business man. But when I go to my father’s company, his worker always said how good my father was. My father’s company is not a big company, the reason why I think he is a good leader because even some people have chance to get a higher salary job but they didn’t. Because they want to have a good work surroundings by a good leader, my father. I have been to the company's meeting in summer, before that, my mum told me many new students from universities came to our companies is want to get a good gangplank for better job. I think so, my father thinks so, too. But he still taught students how to work on their projects. I think, this is a leader which is I want. Also I hope I can a good leader like my father in the future.
Every country need a president, every team needs a leader. There have been so many outstanding leaders till now. Leader is the heart of a team, leaders are indispensable for a team. To be a leader is a hard mission. No one can be what he wants to be without any effort. To be a leader will be much more difficult than others. To be a leader needs not only the abilities but also the clear brain and the correct judge. In common, a person in a team will think of himself first. Different from other people, leaders should always think of the team and everyone’s situation. If the benefit of the team and the benefit of the leader clash, the leader needs to give up the benefit of himself to make the team benefit. So, to be a leader must be dedicated. To be a leader seems outstanding and dynamic. But we cannot see his helpless.
ReplyDeleteI also know a leader called Zhou Enlai, he is one of my most admire leaders. He was serving from October 1949 until his death in January 1976. He was the first Premier of People’s Republic of China. He formed foreign policy, and developing the Chinese economy. He did a lot for the reform and opening up. He is one of those who laid the foundation of china’s reform and opening up. He is constructive and creative, he has the moat qualities that leaders will have. In my primary school, the sentence from Zhou was written on the wall ”Learn for the construction of a prosperous China. I will always felt his aggressive and well educated in this sentence. The sentence always encourage me and help me when I feel stuck. That’s why I admire the leader ——Zhou Enlai.
In my opinion my father is my leader, because he have the quality that a leader have, there have some reason to explain he is a true and good leader.
ReplyDeleteFirst of all, he can become my leader is not only he is my father, he has a kind of quality that is call he is not a “tyrant” he never do something without reason and he always think for others before he start do those things, for example, if there have a choice that is for go to play tennis match (my father love play tennis, he will practice it very weekend for some match that may coming) or go to play with his friends he will choose the 2nd one without any hesitate, because in his opinion friend is one of the most important things in this world, friends can make this world become warmer. For this reason he have many friends. So I think he can be a leader is because he is value his friends.
Second, he can keep a clear mind when some trouble happen Suddenly, In other words he is an unruffled person, because he has a lot of dangerous experience (my father is an police man, so he has been in dangerous a lot of times) if the leader feel scare or fretful when they meet the trouble they will lose to this trouble so the leader must have a clear mind to response the trouble, for example, once my city have the earthquake at night (the level is 4, I know this is on tomorrow’s news), at that time I feel so scare didn’t know what should I do, just run around my room, at this time my father just came in to my room he told me “like normal just put your clothes on, then go out side with me” he said it gently and normally. I think a people have a clear mind to response the trouble can be the leader.
Third, he has ability to protect me. If a leader can protect his followers he can’t be the leader, people want to follow some one that means that people can let them trust and he is an reliable person, In another wards no one want to trust a person that can do nothing, if you want to be an leader you should stronger than the people that around you, you can protect them and they can trust you too. on my way my father is that person he isn’t a “tyrant” he is friendly to me, he have an clear mind when we meet trouble and he is strong enough to protect me, so he can be my leader.
So in my opinion my father is my leader, and he has the reason to be my leader.
As Abraham Lincoln said:” In the sad world of ours, sorrow comes to all, and it often comes with bitter agony. Perfect relief is not possible, except with time. You cannot now believe that you will ever feel better. But this is not true. You are sure to be happy again. Knowing this, truly believing it, will make you less miserable now. I have enough experience to make this statement.” Obviously, being a guide of way-lost people is one of spirit that a leader should have. A good leader needs a sense of accommodating the problem what his member engendered. He should have a clear direction to lead the whole team or group on a right way, make every member get into consensus, and unite the group as a real team. But there are some characteristics even more important to a great leader.
ReplyDeleteAt first, when trouble occurs, leader is by no means able to evade or attempt to avoid. Conversely, he should sustain what it is caused by. Sanity is vital in the moment. Meanwhile, a great leader also ought to have a foresight. If he is enterprising and provident, the team will have a promising future.
Maybe it sounds ridiculously crazy, but the leader who I really admire is Hitler. Not to mention the incitation of the WWII, and the unbelievably insane massacre. He was a really outstanding leader in a way. He saved Germany from the dilemma caused by WWI, he got a lot of support from underclass. I admire his ambitious attitude and perfect eloquence. I believe these are what a great leader should possess.
Xavier, you are aware that Hitler was one of the biggest mass murderers in history, aren't you? Surely you can think of a leader who wasn't a killer! To many people, including me, praising Hitler is deeply offensive and ignorant.
DeleteThis world can't be without the leader. Every country, every state every city even every group all have leaders whatever their power how big or small. A good leader like a guidance book can lead citizen build better. So it can produce unbelievable power stronger than anything.
ReplyDeleteWhen I was a child, I often watched TV with my father. At that time, the president of China is Jiang Zemin. I couldn't understand what was TV talking about but I always saw his old face with a pair of very big glasses and two big nostrils get small and big with breathing. He is not handsome in my eyes but I think his speech is really inspiring by his voice and intonation. After, he made a big mistake. I don't like him any more.
Now, I admire most is a city management. Most city managements are very cruel. They treat the old very terribly. Sometimes they even use force. Many people don't like them including me. But I changed my opinion until I knew a special city management. He is really different although he is the only one has tattooing in this group. He has a good body with eight pieces of abdominal muscle. He has patient to talk to those old men. Once, a Xinjiang man set up a stall on the bridge then affected traffic. People, bicycles and cars are crowed. The city management went to him but that Xinjiang man took out a knife and pointed him. He was too angry to give him a black eye. At that moment, he was the most handsome man in the world. It's not easy to maintain the peace of the city. I really admire him. I hope he can manage my city very well all the time.

ReplyDeleteGood president in my opinion has to be able to get along with people and talk to them and find out what they want. This leader would have to be honest and not cheat or take money for themselves. This person would have to work hard to make the government successful. One leader I admire is Matin Luther King. He was a leader of the black people in America and he helped them to get their civil rights. He was a minister and asked his people to protest without violence. He was courageous because many people hated him and even would kill him if they could. In fact eventually he was killed.
ReplyDeleteA leader is a person usually has abilities to encourage a group of people to struggle for a common goal together. Leaders exist everywhere in our life but a great leader is hard to find. The quality of a good leader is excellent in overall generally. They have to try to perfect all kinds of aspects of the plan of the goal. As the leaders communicate with their teammates, they need to have essential of professional theories to explain the plan and they are still supposed to have the quality of modesty to accept the advise from teammates. As the problems come out, they can solve them rationally and keep calm for checking the disadvantage of the plan. The most important thing for a good leader is that has the friendly ways to communicates with others and tries to understand people.
ReplyDeleteThere is a good leader who I admire is Yun Ma. He is a leader of Alibaba. He creates his legend of starting from scratch. And he makes great contribution of electronic commercial finance. He has a effective and united team. He really emphasis the training of workers and he has his own personal charm at the same time. He has a group of young elite in the team and he tries to inculcate positive enterprise cultural value. Mr. Ma creates a new stage for Chinese, he gives chance to let Chinese young man to achieve their dream and show their ability. And he helps more and more people are not in the situation of unemployment. Lots of people get their income and jobs from Alibaba. There are lots of young man set him as good example to insist their dream.
the things that makes a leader be a great leader is look for the people , to benefit the people who a leader ''control'' looking for the commodity and security of the village.

Now in Spain everybody is mad with the government they had the opportunity to change the situation and they didn't do it they make it worst some of them making non sense laws for example Ana Botella one of the most important persons in our country said that the poor person can't sleep on a bank if they do it they have to pay.
they have to remember how is be a normal citizen, how for a normal person sometimes is difficult pay the bills at the end of the month , they have to look for the benefits of the people , city and the whole country.
i admire one spanish politic but he is dead since 2 hundreds years, i admire Felipe II and Carlos I ,V of Germany. they were really good leaders for spain with them we were the most powerful country in Europe and they people at that time used to live great, in a good way
In my opinion, a great leader must have a strong heart, his heart including his love to the family,his love to the people in his country,and his love to all the world. He should be the most kindhearted man in the high IQs, and the highest IQ in the kindhearted men. More importantly, he should always remind himself to have a thought that to sacrifice oneself to protect others. I also think a leader need have decisiveness because a indecisive man can't do the important things.
ReplyDeleteThe leader and his assistants' biggest work is to improve their country. He must get the love from his people because in this world if you want become the leader, you should get votes from your people.
Winston Churchill is my favorite leader. I like he not only because he leaded the British won the victory of the Second World War and when the most important moment of the Second World War, in solving relations, he took great courage to a prominent politicians and a high degree of flexibility, proceeding from the fundamental interests of the people of England, completed a major historic turning point in British politics and his own political career, he made British became the Ally with the Soviet Union without hesitation,although they have the differences to anti fascist forces, under a specific historical situation, they stood in the United Front and won the war at last, but also he was the British historian, statesman, orator, writer, painter, journalist. A person must be very successful in one area, but Churchill was very successful in many areas and he was very busy because of the war.There are all the reasons why I like Churchill, his is one of the greatest leaders in this world!

ReplyDeleteMany people say if I’m a leader, I want to do what…(follow his bent to do something) When I hear it, I feel speechless.
ReplyDeleteMy parents started empty-handed, and now, they have many companies needed to manage. I witnessed how difficult to set up, to develop, to manage, so I can understand that it is not easily to win management and receive remuneration. As far as I’m concerned, as a small business is not easy, let alone, to be a leader of a country. I know a person who has great power and high position needs to be exerted a lot of pressure, to bear a great responsibility and to become a “deep one”. If he handles some controversial matters, it causes a lot of social public opinion. So I don’t like to be a leader or a politician. But I pay homage to the leadership of leaders who made a contribution for people.
I pay homage to Teng Hsiao-ping. I remember he said “The rise the Chinese school.” He encouraged students to learn to draw their ideas and laid a solid foundation contributing to the development of our country better, to go outside to know all things of the world and be up-to-t-date. And, he propounded the theory of “peaceful reunification; one country, two systems” to help the reunification of Hong Kong and Macao. He also said that we should persevere in reform and opening up. After that, Shenzhen become a developed and economically city. He has done a lot for people, but he just said I’m a outstanding son of Chinese people. He said I want my ashes can be spread over the sea, mountains and rivers of the motherland. I think, he is a good leader. He has selfless dedication and he is powerful and talented. Chinese all respect and admire him.
I hope each people has their historical leader, most of leaders are great personages.

contribute the country. A great leader must be fair to the citizens. He should fight for
the right of citizens. Like Abraham Lincoln, he fought for the human right and status
for slaves. He felt unfair about the slaves and joined the Civil War to liberate the
slaves. Although he was killed after won the Civil War, he would be remembered by
all Americans because he was a great leader who dead for justice.
The leader that I admire most is Deng Xiaoping, he was such a famous and
successful leader that he was on the “Time” for twice. He was an innovation leader
in the China. China used to be a completely communism which was losing its status
in the world. Deng tried to open the society to the world so that we could
communicate and trade with other countries freely. He began with some cities along
the coast; Shanghai was one of these cities. Now, it is one of the largest cities in the
world and the economic center of China. After his effort, China’s society has
changed. People become rich and the country develops faster and faster. Because of
the effort of him, we can get chance to go aboard freely, so that I can fight for my
dream in America.
Abraham Lincoln had undoubtedly contributed a lot to the abandon of slavery in the history of America. However, many of his decisions are also considered controversial. That is, in my opinion, the most important special trait of a great leader. A great leader is got to be confidence, maybe sometimes too confidence that they don't even want to listen to other's advice. That is how much he believes in himself and the thing he is doing. When you are considered a leader you will at the same time need to face criticism, stress will always come along with the power a person have. Standing on top of others and being able to have more power than others, you will have to pay the price. But what continue to make a person great is that he is willing to take the risk and face all the criticism bravely while still have faith in himself, believing that everything he've done will lead people to the right way even though they do not believe. I personally do not have a "favorite" leader of all time but I like Kobe Bryant. He is a franchise player of the Los Angeles Lakers. People say he is too selfish to play the game of basketball as he seldom passes the ball. Haters were saying things like he can never be a great leader even though he has awesome personal ability because he do not trust his team enough. But he ended up with 5 championship rings on his hand, he plays his way of basketball and ignored all the criticism. Rather than relying on his teammate to help, he put his team on his back and dominate the arena every single night. Somehow it's similar to Abraham Lincoln... while people were stilling questioning about whether the Civil War is the right thing to do, he has already get rid of slavery, and become one of the greatest president in American History.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was a young, I often watched TV with my family. At that time, the president of Latvia was Vaira Vike Freiberga. I couldn't understand what was TV talking about but I always I see she was the best leader in Latvia she works hard for country and we was where strong country. She is very nice person I think she is good and she is leader ,because she talk about country and every body like she . But 5 years later she make big mistake about country , and anymore I don’t like she very but she was good president.
A great leader is not support to be a great person or a person has many specialities. The most important characteristic for a great leader is that he is able to make his partners have achievements, to improve their strengths and abilities. Then a team can work as efficient as possible. The basic requirement for a good leader is to know his partners' specialities then distribute appropriate work that the partner is good at. In this case, the team can develop healthily. I joined a summer camp couple years ago. And I met a girl whom a good leader. Everyday foreign teacher would give us many work to do, and asked us solve these in teams. I was in a 6 people team. A girl who was older than me is the team leader. She requested us to list a sheet that what we good at were and what we liked. Then each time, teacher gave work for us, she would distribute these work for everyone in the team. Someone might be skilled in computer, then she would let him solve computer programs. Someone might be expert in spoken, so she would make him introduce our work to teacher. I respect every leader, they make the team can operate.

ReplyDeletePeople can not be leader unless people don't want them. Almost every leader became folks voice. Leaders should be an example for people. So my leader is Mustafa Kemal Ataturk. "Ataturk" means father of Turks. This name has given from Turkish people for saved from imperialist countries occupation. He gave our independence war even he has a lots of pressure on him. After war he saved us from Arabic alphabet. Also he gave the woman to vote benefit. ( Turkey is one of the first country that woman have a vote benefit. )
Also he built the economy again. Also he was interesting at arts. So he is the best soldier and best revolutionary for me. After he dead many leaders take an example to him. He is the greatest leader for every Turks.
A leader is the most important part in a group. A group has no leader is not complete. And it is not easy to be a great leader because it is very hard to make everyone satisfied. In my opinion, a great leader needs to be strong and to take account of all the things. A leader needs to work harder than the others, he needs to do more things and let everyone believed him. A leader also needs to be smart, so he can make the right choice to lead all the people. When necessary, a leader may need to take some responsibility. A leader must protect their subordinate, like a leader of a country must protect his people of the country.
ReplyDeleteThere is a leader that I especially admire－President Mao. When he was young, he said goodbye to his parents and finally crushed the other party. In 1949 October he set up of the people’s Republic of China, the liberation of the whole China. He works very hard everyday. He even can not have enough time to sleep. He is a very strong leader and he loves the people in China. So I respect him very much.
In other country's people' mind, there is a famous leader named Mao, but in my opinion, I do not think Mao is an absolutely great leader, because it was old history, I have no idea about old history. There is a great Chinese leader in my mind, his name is Xi JinPing.
ReplyDeleteXi is selected to become a president leader last year. Obviously, a new leader, but since he assumed the reins of government, he strengthened the power to clear the corrupt official which in the government. This action got so many countrymen's great comments.
Another point that makes me like him is that Xi is a younger leader ,he just 59 years old, he is younger than any other presidents that the age of selected to be president, so he has many new policy to our government. With these new policy, I think he can let our country get much stronger, then we can get recognized by the international community.
So these two points is the reason that let me like this new president of People's Republic of China. I'm so proud of this new president.
It’s difficult for people to do a leader, and to be a great leader is more difficult. From my own perspective, first, a great leader should do more than other people. They need spend more time and energy on their company or their country. Second, a great leader is ought to make the team full of cohesion, and lead them do more significant matters. It’s not only make them get many benefits for individual, but also reap huge fruits for others. At last, a great leader have to easy to approach, and isn’t arrogant.
ReplyDeleteThe person I respect is Jiabao Wen. Although he has already retired, I think he is still a great leader. The reasons I think he is a great leader are as follow. Above all thing, he has responsibility. When unexpected situations occur, like earthquake, railway accident, he would arrive site as fast as possible. Then, he is easygoing and easy to approach. When the Arbor Day, Jiabao Wen went to Beijing Olympic Forest Park, and planted trees with young pioneers. Finally, he always considers for people. In his opinion, people’s interests above all else. In his last speech, he sincerely hopes people can forget things that he did favorable for people. Jiabao Wen is such a simple man, but he wins the respect of many people.
It’s hard to be a leader for everything. A leader is model, everybody need to follow what leader says. Be a leader need to be very smart and powerful. For a country, president is always the person who have most right and power. So I admire every president in the history. But the president I most admire is Mao. In china, we called that” Mao Time” . He leads China get through many difficulties time. Mao leads China move towards and international. Mao with the national interests of the measure of all. Mao is most important president in the whole China history. He let us move to the world. Let whole country rich and stronger! Mao is my most admire president in the world.

In the history has many good leaders, but my favorite leader is Qinshihuang..I especially admire Qinshihuang. He is the First Emperor in China. He unite the words, money and measured. Chinese people use Qinshihuang’s system for 2000 years. I think he made Chinese history star. He made the word ‘ Emperor’. He made The Great Wall 2000 years ago and now still effect the world. He is a very kind person. HE used money help people. He made test and school. He gave everyone home. I admire Qinshihuang so much.

He is very good at study, he go to college in Harvard, Colombia, and Yale. So I have been studying like Obama, I want to go to good college, So I must study him as model. I hope I can learn as more as possible like Obama, and go to good college. I also learned I need to help people who need helps, and have spiritual leader. I think as a good leader must have a sense of responsibility and teamwork. A good leader is like a flag in a sense that he can represent his community. He is the best leader in the minds of members.Like the U.S. president, he is not only a leader of the American people want to believe or objects, one the American people can trust.
ReplyDeleteI do not admire leaders because all national leaders have political leanings. If you must have one, then I would say that was my father. He may not have the leadership of a country, a large multinational corporation, an organization, but he let the family happy. He used his words and actions to educate me and my sister. I love also admire my father.
In the world, every country has a leader, who is the most important in a government and usually makes a important decisions that affect a lots to the future of their country. In my opinion, a good leader is a person who usually listens, respects everybody’s opinions, ideas and makes the most important decisions to solve a problem peacefully, without a war and violence. And in my mine, a president I specially admire is Ho Chi Minh. He is very smart and brave. When my country was in a war, although he got a lot of difficulties in his life, but he went to many countries to learn the good things and find the way to save our country when he was very young. While he was abroad, he did many different jobs for living. And finally, he came back and brought a freedom to my country by his smart and experiences that he had learnt when he was abroad. Despite he is a president, but his life was very simple, he usually helped poor people and children, specially, he always listened and respected everybody’s opinions contributed for him. Although he died, but everybody in my country still remember and they are grateful him.
ReplyDeleteLeadership is qualities are difficult to define. They don’t do anything for money. They always operate with honesty and fairness to other body. Leaders are always flexible; he will lead people to a better local development. Leaders not to conquer anybody, but we are always willing to follow in his footsteps. For instance, Lincoln was a good president. He emancipated the serfs’ blacks, but caused some farmers hatred. Finally, he was killed. But the American people are still very fond of him.
ReplyDeleteIn my opinion great leader has to have right sense of value and, power to follow his value. For example Lincoln had value that all people are same under the God. So he began the war against slavery.
ReplyDeleteI admire King Sejong most. He is the one of the best kings in korean history. The most well known his achievement is invention of hangul. Many people think he made hangul with other scholar but, the truth is he invented hangul by himself. Before invention of hangul Korea used Chinese for writing. But it was too hard to learn so, only people of high position could learn it. On the other hand hangul is easy to learn so, ordinary people can learn it easily. It means ordinary people can be smart. At that time and, even now people of high position don't like that ordinary people getting smart. So nobody helped inventing hangul. Thus Great king Sejong made hangul by himself for his people. Except this he did so many achievements for ordinary people. People of today still admire him.
The goal of the leader of a country is to make people in this country live better and better. I think a great leader should think about the people in this country all the time, and be trusted by the people in this country. Being the leader of a country is very difficult. A person wants to be the leader should be very smart, very responsible to this country...... The normal people can't meet these basic requirements. The problems happen in a country all the time, so the leader of a country is always busy with solving the problems of the country. Being the leader of a country is very tiring because the pressure of the leader is much more than other people's. I admire Franklin D. Roosevelt, the 32nd President of the United States. He was really smart that he made the new deal to make the American economy better during the Great Depression. He even contributed a lot to the peace of the world during this time. I also admire Jinping Xi, the president of China a lot. He supports the peace of the world a lot, and works for the people in China all the time. Sometimes he even talks with people and helps people in public places. He is beloved by the people in China.
ReplyDeletea leader is someone who can manage to do everything for the people his leading. he help them and give also good advice. sometimes he can even die for them. the leader i like the most is Gisa. he was a general who fought in my country to free people who were treated badly. in 1959 after the death of the king. an ethnic group called tutsi was chased from the country. the lived many years in the neighboring countries as refugees. they wanted to go back to their country but couldn't. after they were allowed with the help of international countries. even if they were back home they were treated badly and couldn't do anything. they made an army called RPF to help them. the leader was GISA. they invaded the country to take the power or share. he got killed after and Kagame became the new general. he fought for his country and lost his life for it. i think not many people would give their lives for their country. thats what makes him be so special to me.

For instance, Abraham Lincoln, who was the 16th President of the United States, led the United States through its terrible Civil War from 1860 to 1865. Such excellent leader he was that the United States no longer separated into half slave and half free.
ReplyDeleteIn my point of view, inspiration is the first standard that makes a great leader. To inspire people, every leader not only has to be wise but they also have to have their own voices. According to Abraham Lincoln in the “ House Divided Speech” in 1858, “ A house divided against itself cannot stand “ this made the Northerners believed that slavery must go to an end.
Secondly, people do make mistakes, this means learning from mistakes, admit them and being humble is extremely essential for the leaders to be successful. The more mistakes they made, the more opportunities they begin again more intelligently. On the other hand, leaders are the ones that always have to be positive, bold and radiate confidence and strength.
Hồ Chí Minh, who was a key figure in the foundation of the Democratic Republic of Vietnam in the 20th century, is the greatest leader that I have ever known before. He was also a writer, poet and journalist with many works written in Vietnamese, Chinese and French. His greatest battle was the battle at Điện Biên Phủ which happened from November 1953 to May 1954. Even though the Việt Minh suffered 22 900 casualties compared to the French 7 693, the French lost the battle and subsequently lost the war. Điện Biên Phủ became a model for the West. It was left up to the West, whether or not to alter its approach in Indochina based on the example established in Northern VietNam. Hồ Chí Minh dedicated all his life for the country, thanks to him, Việt Nam becomes an independent nation after many years being dominated. To memorize his great achievement, Sài Gòn, which is the former capital of of South Việt Nam, was renamed Hồ Chí Minh city in 1976.

ReplyDeleteAs a leader, courage, confidence, and intelligent are very important. Most famous leaders having those advantages and bring them to the people who is support him/her. Leaders have more duty than others. No matter it is a project or a country. Leader is like a lamb led the way from the dark. In my opinion, the 3 reasons shows upper are decide the great leader or not. Because courage make you feel confident, and confidence make you feel courageous. None is dispensable. And intelligent is the most important. Intelligent lead leader to the correct direction.
ReplyDeleteFor me, my favorite leader is Enlai Zhou. He is the one of leaders freed China. He was not Chari man. He was premier of China. I like him no matter he wasn’t as strong as Mao. Because the appetency I can feel from him. Also his remorseless spirit influences me a lot. Even I never met him and I won’t. But he still is the leader I adore so much.
the guys who become leaders must be excellent people among the crowd. From where I stand, I think a leader ought to have a strong willing in their mind. And that's why the leaders are always confident and what the said is encouraging.
ReplyDeleteWhat's more, a leader should be always ready for the burden and responsibility based on his position. I think being responsible is one of the most basic requires for a leader. Facing the difficulties, a normal person can choose to run away, but a leader can never step back.
On the other hand, a real excellent leader, I believe, a great leader always excels in virtues. A leader's actions are under observation all the time. Therefore, the reason a great leader gets his supporters is his every single action.has massive supporters. People admire those people who are the examples of their heroes. So a real leader is a very popular person.
As for me, I admire Mao Zedong, one of the Greatest Chinese Presidents. Different from Zhou Enlai, he was the one who's in charge of the military. Just like every revolution in each country, Mao who stood for the poor led the people to fighting against another party which treated the people worse and worse as time went by. He made a lot of wise decision during the wars.
In addition, he was a very talented man. He wrote down massive poems which are still highly recommended these days.

The leader i admired is Sun Yat-sen, he led Chinese overthrew the Qing government's rule and teach people follow some nice western culture.That's unimaginable in that time,he changed China totally. ReplyDeleteLincoln is a very worshipful person for me. He changes the rule in existence that is manumission. This action is really hard. So in my opinion, the leader should to think or do anything for others,even sacrifice his own life. I am very repecting the first chairman of new China, Mao. A hundred years ago, there was no peace, no happiness , no fair, no freedom, and no anything in the China. Mao and his communist party start and create a new environment, new China, new world for chinese. I know nobody is perfect. Mao also does some wrong things for our chinese or foreign people. But if not him, I can't take any food that my favorite in dinner everyday, I also can't go abourd to study, and I can't own a beatific childhood. He is a good leader for me. I respect and thank for him.

ReplyDeleteThere are different opinions among people as to the character of a great leader, I believe that a good leader needs some necessary characters such as dynamic, honest, and responsibility. Based on it, the first premier of People Republic of China, Zhou Enlai, who is the most one I admire due to the quality he has totally accord with I reckon.
ReplyDeleteFirstly, dynamic is one of the basic character to be a great leader. To govern a country is a big progress which have to spend lots time on it. So if someone can’t have a good health and enough energy to work may be more than 12 hours one day even more, I can’t believe that he can manage his country, especially a big country like China or USA, which have a huge population more than one thousand million. On the other hand, someone who has a healthy body and strong energy almost means that he has a clear mind and hardly make a decision by emotional instead of rational. Primer Zhou, who put all his focus on his country, and worked more than 14 hours a day.
Secondly, honest is another rare quality in the politics, while most public say that is important to a great leader. As we know, no one want to be cheated, especially something will affect their daily life. However, because the way we choose the leader, most candidates like to draw a beautiful future to get enough votes and easy to forget when he go to the place. So a leader just show a little more honest to the public than the others, maybe we will believe that he must be a good leader, in other way, most people like to follow him because what he says is what he does. No body want to see a leader say we will be better while the circumstance says no way. Nevertheless, even honest is very significant quality to leader even ordinary person, the one who never cheat was wiped out for a long time. Defining the honest depends on how many times and why instead of whether.
Thirdly, responsibility and obligation is someone who become a leader have to face. He has to manage his group no matter how big the group is. A great leader must care more about his group than himself. So most politicians just care about their right and ignore any responsibility and obligation. Primer Zhou, who leads their public become rich and his deposit is zero, who try his best to make all the family has their own child while he has none. Using responsibility and obligation to describe what he has done is not enough, for me, I think the quality is called sacrifice.
Therefore, that is what I think a great leader have to own the important characters and why Primer Zhou is one who I admire.

I also agree. I don't think be a president is easy, because it is a job which there is only one person can do in a country. If you are a leader, you must to be fear to everyone. Also you have to spend more time and do more works on your job. You necessary to be a smart person. You have to smile to your subordinate to make them think you are friendly, and then they will loyal to you. Leader is a special and tired job, but also it is interesting, because you have chance to learn something that others never can learn in their job!
In my opinion, leader is a very powerful and thoughtful person. A leader should have leadership and has the ability to leader others to overcome all the hardship and reach the goal. Every decision a leader made is very important and usually it’s irrevocable. To become a good leader, you should have made a goal and for the group you lead, and then you should measure the hardships you will face and the ideas of how to overcome them. Although the meaning of becoming a leader is the same, to become a leader of the country and to become a leader of a group of people is different. To be a leader of a country should always think about the relationship with other countries. You should think what you should say and how to say when you meet with other countries’ leader. Sometimes, if you use a wrong by mistake, it may cause an argument, or worse, a war between two countries. To be a leader of a group of people is easier than the leader of a country. All you need to do is to set a goal for everybody in your group, then think of some ideas of what kinds of problem you would meet and how to solve them. Also, you should always encourage the people in your group. In another hand, leader is a very important and difficult job in all the careers.

Xiaoping Deng is absolutely one of the most important leader in the modern Chinese history. The great Cultural Revolution, the biggest mistake in Zedong Mao’s life, and Mao is one of the most important and influential leader in the modern Chinese history. After the great Cultural Revolution, China became a very poor and turbid country. People who are in China didn’t know where is our future way, where is this country future way. Deng was the few remaining grand old men in the Communist Party of China, and he knew he has to bear the duty of the country. I don’t want to talk lot things about this process because this process is very complex and hard to understand, but you can know, China becomes the one of the powerful nation in this world because we have a great leader point out the future way for us, and now I have the chance to come here, to touch the world. One country or one nation must have a spiritual leader take people greet a bright future, so this spiritual leader make a minor decisions will in relation to the people. I know Chinese first leader is Mr.Mao. Chinese guys never can't forget Mr.Mao make the establishment of the people's Republic of China. It's very important for Chinese, but after the establishment of the people's Republic of China. ReplyDeleteI used to be a leader of a class, so I think my exercise can describe what behaviors and abilities a leader needs to have. First, as a leader, you must know very clearly how to help people, and how to make the group become strong. I think I did this one pretty well because when people asks me for help, my answer always is "Yes." I try my best to help people,and I always get trust from people after this. Second, improve and behavior yourself. If I am the one of a group, I can not believe someone who is not better me. A leader must be skilled. time past fast, the same as human. If you are not good enough, there always have people wait for replacing you. Third, be calm and kind. A kind leader can make life colorful, and a sober lead knows how to solve problem in the gentlest way.
Many years ago, there was a wonderful leader in China. His name is Enlai Zhou. United Nations lowered the flag to half because of his death. He had no children because he spent most of his time to built a safe and strong country. No body knows every nights He was still working in the office. He didn't think he was a leader. Once he said, he is rather be called as the person who service for people than a leader. He got really high graduation, so he was pretty skilled. When he was talking, It wasn't that difficult to make a decision because he could took care of each corners of problem. There are lots of adorable leader in this world, but in Chinese's heart, he was the symbol of great, and no one can replace him.
Being a leader is a challenge, and being a great leader needs more sacrifices. Although, we still should thank all the leaders because they give us better life.
I think a good leader should to make the people who is in your country believe you, and then you should make your country more and more successful. During the Japanese War I know a leader who is called Zedong Mao. In my opinion he is the most successful leader. He gets trust from everybody, and chinese obey and believe everything that he said. We are very united during Japanese War, and that's why we won that war. When Zedong Mao was the leader, Chinese can even dead for China.
ReplyDeleteA great leader must has good leadership, either led the country to a bright future or made some big achievements in his career. Xiaoping Deng was the chairman of China. And I think he is the most successful leader after new China government is built. Chairman Mao freed China from the old government and he is good at military strike but he got no idea how to lead a country on economics or politics. Xiaoping Deng is the chairman after Mao was dead. Chairman Deng started the Reform and Opening-Up. Chinese economics grows really fast after that. When my parents were young, their family can't even afford them to eat meat everyday. But now my parents are able to buy luxury stuff such as luxury cars or clothes and this is all because of Chairman Deng. The return of HongKong and Macau also happened during Chairman Deng's term. I really admire him.

I think make the great leader need the ambition and a special social conditions.The only leader I especially admire is Qin Shi Huang, he live in 260–210 BC. ReplyDeleteIn my mind, Mao is the best leader in the world, some people on the world, they think that Mao is the second Hitler. they think that Mao overthrow the old Chinese government, and killed a lot of people in world war 2. But, it is a fact, which is that foreigner attacked China first, China can't salve without Mao, he is the most important man for China. and also, in my mind, to be a good leader, must have a brave heart, and distinct mind.
