Journal Question #20 (2010-2011)

This is a picture of Mars.  Have you ever thought about traveling to another planet?  Have you ever wondered if life exists on another planet?  There is some evidence that, at one time, there was water on Mars, which means there could have been life there.  Should we send astronauts there to find out?  How about you - are you interested in traveling into outer space?

    I don't think travel to another planet is possible in 100 year. Because use that speed we can reach in the space we still need 3-4 year to reach the mars. Also Venus is close to us but Venus is very hot because Venus is closer to the sun. So I don't think I want to travel to the other planet in the 100 years. But if the technology is improve. The speed of that spacecraft can increase to a good rate I would to try to travel to other planets.
    Also I think travel to moon is a little possible for us. Because we only need 3 days to reach the moon. So If one day if it's possible, I will travel to the moon.

    I don't that I will travel to another planet until it become a fast comfortable and save trip. But i still hope that i can travel to another plant before i die. I believe that must be very interesting for traveling to another plant and i think that we should send astronauts to other plants and find out more information about the other plants. Because it's good to know more about outside of the earth then we can can have more idea about the space.

    I think that travel to another planet could be an excellent experience. It's kind of similar as visit another country because it'll be completely different. However i like so much the Earth, so I don't know what would i do.I doubts about travel there is that the travel is too long and dangerous. A lot of space trip don't work and finally everyone who was inside of the rocket.
    but i think that the should send some astronauts there to check if it's possible to life there. ill send them there to know if someone has ever lived there.

    I think traveling to another planet will be very great. I can know something about that planet I visit and experience something different.I t will be very exciting for me to travel to a new planet.
    However, I love being in Earth.Earth is beautiful.It is a good place to live. I think we need astronauts to do the search. Because if we find the planets where there are creatures exists, we can develop our zoology and we can know more about the lives.And if we find out a planet that is a good place to live,we can send some people to it to decrease the pressure of population and pollution!

    That will be an challenge trip, but I think that won't be a perfect trip because human still need to use oxygen cylinder to breath and wear spacesuit. We can't touch the ground, we can't feel the weather and also, it's expensive to live on Mars. I know it's possibly that Earth will destroy and we have no choice but live on other planets, but I still think protect Earth is easier than put everyone on Mars. The best result is that the Earth does not destroyed and scientists find a way to travel to the Mars. When I was little, every pictures I saw the picture about the universe are from Hubble Telescope. I was very interested in nebula and big bang planets. I also saw a lot of movie about the universe traveling.

    I used to think about to travel to another planet when I was a kid. I think it would be fun if I can play with other species on the other land. And actually, there are some billionaires who already traveled in moon.
    I think we should send astronauts to try to find out what used to live in Mars. And the most important of all is try to figure out what made them don't exist anymore. So that our human beings may be able to last for a longer time.
    It sounds fun to travel into outer space. If I am able to travel into outer space there is no doult that I would like to do that.

    I will love to go to travel to Mars or other planet! I think this kind of trips they can be awesome, but in my opinion unfortunately I am not going to do it, because I am sure that it will be soo expensive and maybe it´s too early, we do not have yet the way to go.
    I read a new a lot of time ago that a very rich men travel to moon I think this is so great but I also read that it is very dangerous...
    If in the future I will be millionaire I will make a trip like go to Mars or the moon and even if the science and technological advances give me the opportunity to go. I hope that I will be able to do it...

    I don't want to travel to Mars or other planet.Because It will take a few days to arrive and I really don't like the long time flight.Although I am curious about the outer space.
    The universe is so huge,so I believe that there are lives exist in outer space.It's said the American found the bone of alien in 1970s.
    It's a good idea to sent the space man into Mars or other planet.Maybe It will be a great event in 20th century and the human will know the universe more.

    In my opinion i think for the moment it's quite impossible to visite a planet because the technologe is not very powerful and it will cost a lot of money but it still can if only you are rich enough.
    but it will be possible,and if there is a chance for me i will go because it's very interesting and exciting!

    Wow~The Mars looks quiet and peaceful. Hahaha.
    But I have never thought about traveling to Mars or another planet, although I know it will be wonderful and really special for my life. Because I am so scared about it. I am scaring maybe there don't have water, food, human, or even oxygen. I don't want to go there and never be back.
    I have been thinking about if life exists on another planet. But I don't think so.
    Although there is some evidence that, at one time, there was water on Mars, which means there could have been life there, I don't think we should send astronauts there to find out. Because all the things we are not sure, it will be so dangerous.
    And I am really not interested in traveling into outer space. I don't want to die, and I don't want to do really dangerous things. I want to have happy life with my family for a long time.

    I don't want to travel to another planet. Because it's too dangerous and we need to do so many practice. After we do many practice then we can travel to another planet. But the biggest problem is if we want to travel to planet we need to pay so much money. So if don't want to spend that much money. If i have that much money i will put in to the stock market... Use money to make money... Travel to space it's a impossible thing. And i don't want to travel to there because i don't want to bit my life for travel....

    i dont really want to live in another planet. i love my home i love my hometown. the MARS is to far away. Traveling is really tired. when i come to America the traveling makes me sick. Mars is even worth. it s really dangerous too. i ll wait a few years, wait until most people are there. but i want to know is there any new life on the mars. it s really cool to know another new life

    I would like to travel to another planet if i have that chance. I love to adventure. I want to find out if there is any life on another planet. I want to know them , i want to be friend with them. I want to adventure, even i lose my life. I'm very sure there have lots of planet have life on them. I want to find out, if i can't, our descendant will prove i was right.

    I don't believe alien,most of them are imaginary.there is no evidence to prove the existence of alien,and on the other planet, there is no water, air, sunlight and confortable temperature to support the living of the extraterrestrial intelligence. I don't think travel to another planet is a good idea, it's not comfortable.

    I don't know when can me move to another planet, but I believe there are people in another plant.
    And there are water, grass and animals in those place. It is hard to imagine the scale of the universe, we only see a small part.
    I don't think I like to move to another planet, but I think I like to traveling into outer space.

    i'm very interested in travel other planet.i think for the technology develop maybe after few years we can go to the mars.it's necessary to send astronaut to there because we found some water in the mars now. that's a good thing! i think it's might be alien in mars.
    if i have chance,i want to discover it!

    I totally agree that there have other lives exist on Mars. When I was a little girl, one of my hobby is dreaming about what other species look like. I even worried about when they come to earth, where should we go. Will they carry me to their home because they love me?
    That's so funny when I recall these things now. But I still believe that. If one day, they come to earth and ask me whether I love to visit their home, I would say "Yes".
    I am so interested in every new stuff. That why I love traveling. If I can travel such a long distance for free, why don't I do that? Please, give to a chance. Let's me get far away from the earth.
    Maybe you will see me in Mars soon:)

    There is a question comes out of my mind after I read these words after the picture. Why the life must stand by the water? I've seen a lot of videos that finding the life at outer space. Scientists always said there was water on the planet so that may have life. But I think just human life stand by the water, how do u know other life are not stand by another elements such as Silicon or Barium or something else? Probably, water is not the only basement of the life. Humans are just one branch of the life. The space is huge, we couldn't even image that. The human technology just find 5% of the space right know. Lifes are colorful, the intelligent are not just like human, I'm sure there are many different type of us separate in the earth. We may look like different, but we are friends.

    I really like to travel to some other planet, or going to live there. I think it will be perfect. Sometimes i always think about our home earth is getting dirty and dirty. I don't want the reason of why people going to other planet is we can't live on the earth any more. The earth is our best home forever. If we still not changing ourselves to protect the earth, after we drop off the earth and going to other planet like Mars. The result about Mars will be smiler form the earth

    I won't think about to travel to another plant, because even it is possible, the price gonna be really expensive. And i'm not a scientist, so this travel its pointless for me. Its just like to pay the high price to look at some another desert in another plant..

    I don't think i will travel to other planets even if it is possible. I love Earth and the place I live in now. So I have no interest about other planets. Also, I don't think it is a good idea to find the organisms on other space. First, we don't know if they will do harm to Earth and human being. Second, I don't think we should bother other organisms that don't belong to Earth. We should just live our own life.

    I have heard about traveling to Mars a lot. I think NASA should send astronauts there to find out because I believe something being alive there.
    However, I don't think I want to move there and I can do it. First reason is I love our Earth and I don't want to leave to the other planet. I don't want to change my life. If we move to the other planet, we will have to start everything from the beginning. The second reason is the moving will be cost a lot and I don't think everyone will like it. So, I think it will be great if we keep living and keep exploring Mars.

    Actually, I've never thought about traveling to another planet though it might have life there. But I think it has a very high possibility that some other life appear in another planet because there are thousands of planet in the universe.
    Assuming that there is another planet in the universe has life, I still don't think is a good idea to send astronauts to there. Human being has make a mess in Earth. Water, aire polluted is everywhere. I don't hope another pure planet will be polluted by human being again.

    I've never thought about traveling to another planet, and I think the Earth is the only planet for me to live,to spend my life. I believe that is something being alive there, I hear about that a few years ago. I am very interesting about something being alive there,but for travel certainly not !!!I am scared!!!
